If you want to lose 10 pounds, the first thing you need to do is to start a regular sleep pattern.

You should perform cardiovascular exercises in the morning to get your heart beating. This will increase your metabolism and allow you to burn calories throughout the day. Exercise is an essential part of weight loss. In addition to allowing you to loose 10 pounds, it will also increase your mental stamina and improve your moods. If you have been feeling depressed or anxious, the one way you can work yourself out of it is through exercise.
